BFM Industries Limited, erstwhile known as The Bengal Flour Mills Company Limited, was originally incorporated on 22nd November, 1894 under the Companies Act. After passing necessary resolutions, The Bengal Flour Mills Company Limited changed its name to BFM Industries Limited which became effective vide a letter of Registrar of Companies dated 04.12.1998. Formed with many diversified objects within its purview, BFM Industries Ltd. lays stress mainly on Investment and Finance. One of the main objective being, lending/investing/dealing with the available fund of the Company not immediately required upon such securities and in such manner as may from time to time be determined. The Company aims to support its growth over the long term and work sincerely to protect the interests of its stakeholders.
